This is our actual logo on a button for trading at festivals and events.  We did not get on the water until after the month of June.  We lost the whole month.  Therefore, we did not consider that we were ready to paddle in Bridgetown in July.  It was sad, but true.

It's been a while

We did not paddle the summer of 2020, in our beautiful pink boat, because of the covid restrictions. But some of our members found out that, Kings Co. Recreation Department, had free kayaks at Aylesford Lake. So we booked them twice a week for the months of July and August. It was great fun and kept us on the water at least if not in our own boat. We even got to the 2nd week of Sept. It was a free Kings Co. service.

 This is Debbie B. who won closest to the 'pin',(on the hole that was sponsored by our dragon boat society) in the Golf for the Cure. The event was held at Island Green Golf course.  Started by Darlene and Sherri, this tournament has been active for 14 years.  Our Darlene is golfing in heaven now.
