Because of NO WATER in Lake Pisaquid again this summer, we could not paddle there this season. Instead we kayaked at Aylesford Lake, with the free kayak and paddleboard program. The Municipality of Kings has had for the past three years run a free kayak and paddleboard program at Aylesford Lake. This has been wonderful for us. At least 8 (eight) mambers of Breast Quest Dragon Boat team and our cancer support group (Tapestry) happily paddled for an hour each day. Nicole G. (the co-ordinator) with her staff were great. It was a fabulous experience for us and kept us fit and strong for future endeavours.
