This is a  photo of us putting the boat in the water for our paddle before the start of the Pumpkin  Regatta.  That was on the 15th of Oct.

 Monday's paddle saw these plovers sitting on a rock.  We usually see them on a beach. As you can see, the birds attracted all our attention.  We had almost a full boat with 19 paddlers.  What a great evening.
